DSM Agent Web Services provides professional process serving in the Greater Des Moines Area, as well as digital products including templates, guides, and reference materials. Services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.

3. Digital Product Purchases

All digital products are delivered electronically. By purchasing a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or professional purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the materials.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is materially defective.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

5. Process Serving Requests

Submission of a service request does not constitute a guarantee of service. We will contact you to confirm acceptance. Fees are collected after confirmation. We reserve the right to decline requests at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

DSM Agent Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or its products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.
